Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members at Salon XS, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

We know how busy life is and it's easy to forget an appointment you booked months ago. That's why we have an automated confirmation system. Our appointments are confirmed 2 days in advance, and day of reminders are sent out 2 hours before your appointment. 

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the total services booked. No-shows will also result in a charge equal to 50% of the total services booked.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlist guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Salon XS policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies.

It is important to us that you love and use the products you purchase at Salon XS. Finding the right product for you and your hair type may not always happen on the first time around which is why we will always allow you to swap out a product you don't like for another one. We'll work with you to find the best product for you.
